📦 Part 1: Physical Merchandise (Shirts & Stickers)

1. Shipment Processing Times
 

**Handling Window:** All physical items—including custom shirts and premium stickers—are processed and packaged within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before leaving our facility.

**Peak Seasons:** Processing windows may extend slightly during high-volume merch drops or holiday sales. If a significant delay occurs in fulfilling your order, we will reach out to you directly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your merchandise orders will be computed automatically and displayed clearly at checkout:

**Standard Domestic Shipping:** Arrives within 3 to 7 business days after the processing period.

**Tracking Notification:** You will receive an automated notification email containing a carrier tracking link as soon as your package ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update.

3. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

**Transit Damage:** If your stickers or apparel arrive damaged, take a clear photo of the items and the packaging right away. Get in touch with us via our official contact page within 7 days of delivery, and we will dispatch a replacement.

**Missing Orders:** If your tracking link shows your package was "delivered" but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors or your local sorting facility first. Justin Omoi is not legally responsible for items stolen post-delivery or delayed by carrier exceptions.

1. Course Access & Downloadable Plugins
 

**Instant Delivery:** Digital products, including Omoi's Music Course and specialized FL Studio presets, feature instant electronic fulfillment. 
 

**Access Method:** A system-generated confirmation email with login keys or high-speed download links arrives immediately after a finalized checkout. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, check your spam/promotions inbox.

2. Audio Mastering Service Delivery

**Turnaround Windows:** Standard stereo mastering files are processed, checked, and delivered within 12 to 24 hours per individual song from the moment your final unmastered mixes are uploaded. Multi-track bundles or full albums are systematically completed in sequence.

 

**Delivery Format:** Finalized high-fidelity masters are sent directly to your email as a secure download link containing streaming-optimized 24-bit WAV and high-quality MP3 versions.
